Program Coordinator (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio) to help schools successfully implement the RM program. You will work with approximately 30 teachers to dramatically improve achievement for more than 1,000 students. Responsibilities include visiting classrooms to coach and collaborate with teachers as well as work with students, analyzing data and monitoring progress to guarantee students’ weaknesses are remedied, and problem-solving and designing creative solutions for any situation that arises.
Analyst (Houston) to enhance RM’s software, curriculum, and business processes. You will serve as a manager or participant on a wide range of projects, including designing/redesigning aspects of the software’s student and teacher interfaces, designing the processes by which many RM departments do their work, and evaluating and analyzing the performance of students in RM classroom.
Administrative Coordinator (Dallas) to provide behind-the-scenes support to our entire organization. You will play an important role in fostering a spirit of collaboration across all RM departments by performing a variety of functions, including purchasing goods and services, developing and refining policies and procedures, and planning team-building exercises and social activities.
Talent Development Associate (Houston) to strengthen the RM team by recruiting new members and developing current members. You will work with our Director of Talent Development on various projects, including recruiting for entry-level and early-career positions by building RM’s presence on college campuses, recruiting for early-career positions by conducting outreach to graduate schools and fellowship programs, training employees on project management, personnel management, workplace norms, etc.
